    Latiaynna Tabb

    Managing Director | Founder

    Latiaynna has over a decade of experience in arts & culture based community development, large-scale event production, wellness education and nonprofit administration.
    In 2021, she was honored by New Voices for Reproductive Justice, receiving the Black Women Green Future Award. Latiaynna has an MS in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Delaware. Latiaynna has worked in various community-based education and programming roles throughout the Philadelphia region. She served on the board of the Pettaway Pursuit Foundation and Non-Tradish, Inc. Currently, she serves as the Vice Chair of the Darby Borough CDC; Natural Land’s NextGen Council board member; Project Director of Heritage West- West Philadelphia Community Archeology Project; and a member of the Delaware County PA’s Don Guanella Park Master Plan Advisory Committee. Born and raised in West Philadelphia, Latiaynna currently resides with her family in Upper Darby.

    James Wright

    Senior Director

    James has 18+ years of experience in neighborhood planning, economic and real estate development, and galvanizing multiple stakeholders to leverage community assets. James holds an MBA in Urban Economic Development from Eastern University. He was recognized as a 2016 Rising Star by the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations. Through various professional executive roles, James has oversaw the real estate development, economic development, and revitalization of commercial corridors throughout Philadelphia. He has served on the boards of the Mantua Powelton Alliance, Mighty Writers and the West Philly Tool Library. He currently serves on the boards for Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations, Philadelphia Assembly, Centennial Parkside CDC, and Entrepreneur Works. James is a Southwest Philly native and resides with his family in Cobbs Creek, West Philadelphia.
